If it was determined that the resposibility is Brilliantly Engaged's, then there will be no cost involved and Brilliantly Engaged will also be responsible for the shipping and insurance costs which will be fully refundable.If it is determined that that the repair needed is based on everyday wear and tear,then Brilliantly Engaged will repair your jewelry and ring at our cost and the customer will be responsible for the insurance and shipping charges.
Due to the delicate nature of micropave rings, the warranty will extend for 12 months from the date of delivery. All of the above conditions will be honored and assessed with the understanding that all evaluations will be biased to the benefit of our customers.
Brilliantly Engaged offers two(2) free polishings for the lifetime of the ring as well as reviewing all diamond settings.Please notify us prior to your expected visit or shipment and we will make arrangements for a speedy polishing. Shipping and insurance costs will be the responsibility of the customer.We will provide you with the costs prior to shipping.
From our history of resizing rings, it appears that approximately 50% of the time there is a slight discrepancy with the final finger size.Understanding that this is not an exact science, we offer the following:
1-If it is determined that the sizing mistake was made by Brilliantly Engaged, then we will offer a free sizing along with shipping and insurance AT NO CHARGE.
2-If it is determined that the sizing error was not due to Brilliantly Engaged, we will still offer a free sizing but the shipping and insurance costs will be the responsibilty of the customer.
Upon completion, our quality control team will once again thoroughly inspect and reship.
The Two Year policy is null and void if any jeweler other than Brilliantly Engaged has repaired our rings at any time.
